What a waste of money. It doesnt do anything it says it will. Pass on this on. I ended up buying iExplorer for $40 and was able to recover 3 iPhones worth of text messages and voicemails.

I requested customer service help and they text me right away and helped me solve my problem in just a few minutes They were very personable and patient as I needed step by step instructions and if you read all theyre instructions correctly its very easy Def recommend,theyre the best

I need months and months of texts exported and printed for an ugly issue with my ex-husband and this app saved me time and money! Tech support was the fastest I’ve ever had and so, so friendly! My problem was fixed in minutes!!!

4.99 is a bit steep to not even be given a trial first to find out you cant do anything because it says you have an encrypted password and will accept no apple, iCloud or other passwords you know. You get locked out. No option to export if you dont know the encrypted password. TOTAL SCAM I WANT A REFUND

I needed to save and able to print out a couple years worth of texts for legal purposes. I found this app and felt the price wasnt much for what it gives you! The tech support is right there to help if needed, but this app is easy to use and incredibly valuable! Ive found it even more useful than I thought with help in storing information for my work and for my personal life. Awesome! Everyone needs this app, if you text, you need this app!

The sales paragraph talks if MAC/PC. But the entry screen asks ONLY for MAC login. User, frustrated, selects the "I" button and is faced with unfriendly info and tasks that were overcome in the 1970s. I abandoned my hope of getting messages filed and printed from this app.

I purchased this app yesterday. At first, I had a connectivity error, so I e-mailed the vendor for support. Just in a few minutes, he called me right away! That was so unexpected, you dont get an immediate response like that from other vendors/apps developers. So, what he did, he helped me all the way, from the beginning, from downloading up to the end, until everything is in placed. He was so patient, and nice. This app is very good for transferring messages, etc. from smart phones to your computer, and be able to print them. The format is simple, and organized. Its "user friendly". Great app!

This app is exactly as advertised. The download process is a little cumbersome, but the payoff is well worth it. I needed my text history for a court case and I received a lot more history then I expected. The tech-support is very thorough and they really seem to care about creating happy customers.

I had some issues getting the PC companion up and running, but the developer walked me through it step by step. He was very patient, and now thats its installed correctly, it functions perfectly!! Exactly what I needed. THANK YOU!

I purchased it based on my friend recommendation, I took a print of my girl firend text messages and gifted her. It was a big surprise to her and she loved it

So much SMS saved from cyberspace! Im glad I paid the money for this app/ability. The flirting that turned into affection and love is now memorialized in print. A little challenging to get set up but it worked perfectly as soon as I got it done properly. Tech help came quickly and effectively.

Thank you for making this app! It works perfect. I am finally able to save and transfer important text messages from iPhone to my computer. The instructions to set up were clear and easy to follow. No problems whatsoever and all the texts came through perfectly intact, even to PDF format! Only wish it could include photos too, but maybe that can be a future update? :)

Does not work dont waste your money. Should be reported to the attorney generals office for criminal fraud
