Just sign the ip on PC then it will comes up an web page for transportation. Which is extremely easy to use. Could backup not only normal message but also iMessage. Wonderful app!

Overly complicated for PC download. Instructions are vague at best. Would not recommend.

Couldn’t get it to connect to my data. Saw the phone but couldn’t access data. Asked for assistance, and was told to download the app. ??? Not worth the money unless you are a tech superstar.

This app is amazing- and a life saver. I needed to export messages for legal reasons and it was very easy to use and quick! Once I backed up my iPhone to my windows PC, I downloaded the export iMessages app and opened it. Browsed to %AppData%/Apple Computer/MobileSync/BackUp where my iPhone backups are stored by default and I was even able to filter messages by contact and it exported them to my local downloads folder in 4 different formats. Easy to read and easy for printing. My only qualm was that it prints most recent on the top rather than from old to new-so you have to read backwards to follow along with any conversation and timeline. But you can use the .xls document and change the sort of youd prefer-I just wanted it in PDF format. But seriously this app is the sh*! and I totally recommend it. -Panda <3

This program worked for me. I was able to install it on my computer and do the backup. It created a nice PDF and text document with my previous text messages. I wanted to save my old text messages, because I needed to restore my iPhone, so I could use it as an iPod. The developer responded to my emails regarding compatibility with an older iPhone 3.

Ive been looking for a way to export my text logs for awhile now. It took a little while to figure out, and I used a Mac platform, but it want bad at all. And I emailed support and got an answer within a hour! Im extremely Happu with this purchase.

Followed instructions to the letter still did not work.

I could see messages got cut in GUI but I can see full text messages in PDF & Excel, excel fomatting needs improvement

Couldnt get it to work on Mac but was able to get it to work on PC. Was quick and easy once i decided to use the PC.

Not only is this app amazing but the customer service is unreal. After two emails I got a prompt to text a customer service representative! This is my first review I ever left and I have never felt more satisfied with the helpfulness I was provided with. They were super helpful and convenient to my work schedule since I didnt have my laptop with me. All apps should be like this!!

I highly recommend this app! I was able to use the app to export my messages but one group of messages didnt export. I contacted customer service and got a prompt response. He worked late into the night to get the problem sorted out. This is the app to get if you need to export your messages!

Requests your password to your computer and doesn’t work.

The link provided to download software for the pc does not work. It returns an internal server error.

The application once downloaded on the phone requires MAC IP info/name etc. I have a PC. The application gave directions on how to download a desktop application and how to use it. Did not work!

After several communications with developer, finally got app functional. App is built for Mac computers. Does work with Windows but process is counterintuitive. Windows users install software on PC that allows for transfer of texts to PC, never utilizing iPhone app. Text messages are not remotely exported from iPhone to Windows PC; rather messages are imported from iPhone to PC through iTunes. Does function once set up. Customer service very good as developer does respond promptly and walked me through process via text conversation.
