This works so well and is easy to use. I had a question and got a quick response from the app developer. I am very pleased and would recommend this app if you need to keep a record of texts.

I have an older PC running 32 bit Vista but with a little help from their tech support I was able to retrieve and save thousands of old text messages. Its a must if headed to court and need documentation.

I was able to export my text messages to a file for easy access. It was very simple. Just what I needed. Money well spent!

Set up only for Mac. Asks for IP and password for your computer. Why?

Do you know what IP address is? Or even how to find it in your computer? If you dont then this app is not for you. Also, I installed their software in my PC, but you wont run. Therefore useless. I am waiting on my money back.

I needed desperately to have a copy of text messages for legal issues and there was no way of being able to download the messages. Only way of doing it was to photo copy each conversation (almost impossible) and the apple tech advised me to purchase one of the apps from app store that might be useful with no guarantees but when i got this app it was easy to install and the app is so easy anyone can use it and works perfect!!!

Handy backup app especially when you decide to restore or change your phone. After long time using this app, I found this app is very amazing and perfect 100%. Now I will probably change phones more often just because switching phones is now a breeze!

This app is the bomb.com!! I did need to use support help, but for minor questions only. The person was very nice and responded by text. This app did exactly what I needed it to do!

So essentially how this works is he program is asking you to sync your phone to your computer and do a backup. It will then pull ALL of your current text message threads from your phone and plug them into an excel file and place it on your computer for you. You do not get to select which text threads are exported. So if you save any texts from people EVERYTHING goes into this export file. You will have to "prep" your phone in advance and delete ALL unwanted texts you do not want in your report prior to running it. Its fast and effective I will give the program that. However, I will it had more ability to select which threads I wanted so I didnt have to delete threads I wanted to keep as reference a bit longer. Thanks

This worked really well for me and when I needed help with minor troubleshooting (I hadnt downloaded the latest version of iTunes), the service reps got back to me almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Hard to use.....absolutely horrible

This app did exactly what I needed it to; printing name, date, time and conversation from my text messaging. Having this information, will win my court case.

With customer suport I downloaded PC application along with the phone App and exported all important text messages and attachments

This is the 2nd backup with this app. Customer support was fantastic in helping me when I got stuck. Im writing a book on all my texts to the most beautiful woman in the world.

I took print of the texts of my interest, it just took 3 clicks after I installed the companion desktop app.
