This app is a joke for an iPhone and Windows. Its so complicated that you will have no choice but to contact support. And your support by the way is through text messages! The guy said he was out to dinner and couldnt call me. I threw a fit and when he called he wouldnt let me speak. The user guides wont open, I had to install Java, its just nothing but downloading a bunch of crap to your PC. Dont buy!! I without a doubt am getting a refund!! Youre better off screen shot text messages and email them to yourself

Your app is excellent, the options for exporting text messages is so handy and exactly what I needed. Your support team was outstanding, I was walked through the entire process, cant thank you guys enough!!

Took me a while trying to figure this out. Then I contacted support and received an answer immediately. I am glad I did because what I thought was a plain export text app, turned out to be a very versatile tool to help me manage my business needs. It allows you to export, filter, sort, etc. and is extremely compatible with excel. So if you need to make changes after, you can. It also saves in 4 different formats including pdf and excel. So glad I got this! Great product and awesome service.

I needed this app to help with a legal case. When i had trouble exporting the specific conversation I needed, customer support walked me through. Im a very satisfied customer.

Waste of money. Brings in only a few messages. Gives "null" value in most slots. Majority of messages brought in are only received. The app skips the sent messages for the most part for some reason.

The app is useless if youre using a PC. Might as well download a free program you can find with a Google search. Also the exported files look horrible. Sometimes a persons text cuts off. Also cant distinguish between messages in a group chat vs individual. So all the texts from from persons email/phone number will export into one file. Regret my purchase.

The YouTube video is very helpful. I needed personal service and within less than a minute someone was texting me for support - very good customer attentiveness. Once downloaded the app is easy to use. Thank you

I cant say enough good things! If you are on PC and have difficulty following directions and installing a companion program on your PC contact support they will help. It is built for a MAC but with some adding and tweaks with the help if Support it works fine for my iPhone 6 and Windows 10 PC as a fan of Apple gadgets and a Win PC user I am used to making extra steps its all good and works much better than the free app I tried and could never figure out how to make work! Buy with confidence

This app, and also the company deserves 100 gold stars, because they are both so SPECTACULAR!!!! This app is literally a lifesaver, and I couldnt have asked for better (or faster) customer service. If you need to print your text messages, this is the app to use. My PC is very old and tired, and had A LOT of issues on it.... Not a problem though, because this apps Customer service fixed the issues on my computer so that I could use their app!! I have almost given up on the good people and companies in this world, but this company and app has changed my mind and perspective. They are great, and I am going to tell everyone I know about how great they are. Trust me, you are going to be really happy and also in great hands with this app. I wish all apps were like this. This app was able to provide me with text messages I needed for a legal document. I had a little trouble initially but the support was there to walk me through the installation of app on my desktop. Great app and support!!

This app is not user friendly. The mac app does not open correctly. Iphone app expects you to type in ip address & login info. A waste of 5 dollars. Im pretty saavy, so the average user will not be able to use this. App does not rotate, so good luck trying to read the tiny fonts on their ambiguous instruction pics. The youtube help vid is confusing & looks like it was made by a middle school kid.

If your apple gear is a few years old, this app is a MAJOR hassle.

I usually copy my message from phone to my email, with this app i can export many messages from my phone to my computer, its working really fast. This app support me so much for my work, save a lot of time.

Perhaps earlier versions had some issues, but this version worked flawlessly for me. Backed up all my messages, then just the messages from a single contact with three clicks. If youre having issues I recommend reading the instructions. The people leaving most of the poor reviews could have made this app work if they had taken the almost four minutes required to read the manual.

So Im very computer illiterate... I downloaded the app tried to watch the you tube video but got stuck and couldnt export messages... I emailed customer service and they responded very quickly (like maybe 30min) with a text stating they were there to help. They walked me through it step by step!!! I know have an excel sheet of iMessages that I can share, print ect... Absolutely support this!

The setup is difficult between the iPhone and Mac. Instructions could be clearer re user name. I had to install Java and developers export app on my Mac to get everything to work. The developer responded to my inquires within 24 hrs. Based on outstanding developers response I recommend the app. Once installed it works great
